OKLAHOMA CITY (Sept. 27, 2018) – Cio Bargallo recorded a hat trick to lead Texas A&M International past Oklahoma Christian 4-0 on Thursday night at the Eagle Soccer Field.
Bargallo, last season's Heartland Conference offensive player of the year, scored in the first, 18th and 51st minutes to increase her season goal total to five for TAMIU (2-5, 1-4 Heartland).
Bargallo took a pass from Valeria Macias and sent a long chip over OC goalkeeper
Addison Milner and into the goal less than a minute in the game. Bargallo's second goal came off an assist by Lincy Villatoro and she finished her hat trick in the 51st minute with a shot from about 18 yards out.
Milner saved a penalty kick by Macias in the 69th minute, but Macias collected the rebound and scored to put the Dustdevils up 4-0.

Corina Marin each took two shots for OC (0-8, 0-5). TAMIU outshot the Lady Eagles 18-11.
Milner made six saves, increasing her Heartland-leading season total to 51, in about 79½ minutes of action.
Josie Knox had one save in 10½ minutes of playing time in the goal for OC, while TAMIU goalkeeper Elena Rivera made one save.
OC will host Heartland rival St. Mary's (Texas) on Saturday at 1 p.m.
