The Oklahoma Christian University men's basketball season came to an end Friday night in the quarterfinals of the Orthopedic Solutions Sooner Athletic Conference Basketball Tournament with a 76-61 loss to Oklahoma Baptist University.

The game was the final chapter in the careers of seniors Keith Harris, Charles Baldwin, Micah Miles and John Nottley. The group ended their OC career with an overall record of 82-45 (.646) and the 2004-05 SAC Championship.

This season, Baldwin was selected to the All-SAC first team while Harris was named to the third team and Miles received honorable mention.

OBU never trailed in the contest after jumping out to an 8-0 lead. The Bison extended the lead to as many as 16 in the first half before the Eagles brought the score back to 40-33 at intermission.

OC closed the gap to three at 50-47 when Miles scored off the glass at the 12:34 mark of the second half, but could draw no closer. OBU ran the lead to as many as 17 before going on to the 15-point victory.

Harris led the Eagles with 20 points while Baldwin added 14 points and eight rebounds. Miles finished with 12 points.

Tre Griffin paced OBU with 20 points while Mike Fraser scored 15 and snagged 13 rebounds.

The Eagles, who tied for fifth in the SAC standings, finish with a 14-15 record, OC's first losing season since 2000-01 and just the fourth in Dan Hays' 24 years as head coach.
