A high scoring second half enabled Oklahoma City University to outdistance Oklahoma Christian by an 85-64 margin in Oklahoma City Jan. 17.

After leading 39-36 at intermission Oklahoma Christian shot only 30 percent from the field while OCU converted 55 percent of its attempts. Forward Jarred Merrill scored a game high 24 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Eagles while OCU had four scorers in double-digits.

OC is now 13-4 overall in regular season play and 2-3 in Sooner Conference play.
