Eagles march over Saints, 76-39

The Oklahoma Christian University men's basketball team improved to 6-0 by defeating Hillsdale Baptist College 76-39 here Nov. 21.

The win was the Eagles' third victory in four days after they defeated Arkansas Baptist and Central Oklahoma over the weekend.

The Eagles were paced once again by the junior guard tandem of Charles Baldwin and Keith Harris, with each scoring a team-high 18 points. Senior guard Brady Page scored 10 points and dished out four assists in the win. Kendrick Jackson scored four points while also grabbing seven rebounds and handing out four assists. Micah Miles scored eight points and John Nottley added six points and five rebounds.

OC jumped out to a 14-1 lead to begin the game and the contest was well in hand by halftime for the Eagles with a 33-18 lead. The scoring barrage continued as the Eagles took a 52-26 lead midway through the second stanza.

The Eagles substituted liberally in the final 10 minutes, with redshirt freshman Jared Mitchel scoring eight points in the first extended playing time of his collegiate career.
