Playing without the services of point guard Brady Page, Oklahoma Christian was eliminated by Oklahoma City University, 91-67, in the semifinals of the Joe Cooper Ford Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament in Shawnee, Okla., March 5.

Page, injured in a collision in the tournament's first round, sat out as the Eagles were overcome by the Stars' 55 percent shooting in the second half, including hitting 25 of 27 at the free throw line.

Oklahoma Christian had three players in double figures with All-American Jarred Merrill setting the pace with 20 points. Also in double digits were sophomores Charles Baldwin 914) and Keith Harris (12).

OC, with an automatic bid to the NAIA National Tournament assured, is now 26-6 on the year.
