Oklahoma Christian fell victim to Lubbock Christian University 71-61 here Feb. 19 to snap a seven game winning streak but maintained its hold on first place in the conference.

The Eagles are now 24-4 overall and 12-4 in league play

Senior Jarred Merrill had 31 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Brady Page had 11 points and six assists but Lubbock Christian shot 65 percent in the second half to forge the victory.

LCU had four players in double figures with Brandon Jones the leader with 15 points.
