A second half rally fell short as Oklahoma Christian dropped a 78-67 decision to ninth-ranked Oklahoma Baptist in the Eagles Nest Jan. 15.

A 21 point, 13 rebound performance by Jarred Merrill and 18 points by sophomore guard Brady Page were not enough to overcome the hot-shooting Bison. Kelly Allen and John Nottley each scored six points.

The Eagles, ranked 22nd in this week's poll, are now 12-3 with a 2-2 record in the conference race.
