  • OVERVIEW 

    • Vanessa Weatherford is a Interior Design from New Braunfels, TX 

    • Weatherford swims 50 free, 100 free, 200 free, 100 fly

    • Vanessa’s goal for the season is to make finals at conference and compete at NCAA’s

    • Vanessa’s go to road trip snack is sandwiches 

    • The people most important to Vanessa are God, her mom, dad and sister, and her hometown best friends.

    • Growing up Vanessa was inspired by Missy Franklin

    • Why OC?

      • “I chose OC since I loved the atmosphere of the team and campus! I also liked that they were able to provide a degree plan for what I want to do with my life.”

    • Vanessa attended and swam at Smithson Valley High School

    • Regional Champ for 50/100 freestyle 2023, District athlete 2022/2023, Regional Athlete 2023, State Championship qualifier 2022/2023 - A finalist 2023, 2nd place finish in 4x100 freestyle relay at 2023 State, high school record holder in 50 free, 200 Medley Relay and 4x100 freestyle relay.
