OVERVIEW 

• Jaiden Branstrom is a Nursing major with an Exercise Science minor from Lenexa, KS

• Branstrom swims sprint freestyle events

• Branstrom’s goal is to help this season have the best and most fun team atmosphere yet! 

• Jaiden’s go to road trip snack is pretzels with mini m&m’s. 

• The people most important to Jaiden are Mom, Dad, Noah (brother that is also on the swim team!), Emma (sister), Bryan (brother), and Ollie the dog.

• Growing up Jaiden was inspired by Missy Franklin and any KU basketball player

• Why OC?

  • “I chose OC because I loved the welcoming and Christ-centered atmosphere. I love that Josh Davis coaches and leads the team by example of putting Jesus first and having an attitude of gratitude. I also loved the great programs offered here at OC.”

2022-23 

• Jaiden swam in 11 meets in the 22-23 season 

• Placed 3rd in 200 free relay at RMAC Championships

• Placed 15th in 50 free at RMAC championships 

2021-22 

• Jaiden swam in 11 meets in the 21-22 season

• Placed 2nd in 800 free relay and 3rd in 200 free relay at RMAC Championships

• Placed 14th in 200 free and 15th in 50 free

2020-21

• Jaiden swam in 8 meets in the 20-21 season 

• Placed 4th in 200 free relay and 5th in 400 medley relay at RMAC Championships

• Placed 15th in 200 free at RMAC Championships

HIGH SCHOOL 

• Jaiden attended and swam at Olathe Northwest High School  

• Coached by mom in HS so that was awesome

CAREER HIGH

• Has helped set a couple records in relays.
