Jacob McCoy, a former collegiate player and high school coach, joined the Oklahoma Christian soccer staff as an assistant coach for the 2016 season.
After playing high school soccer in McLoud, McCoy played for Hillsdale Baptist (now Randall University) in 2006 and 2007, leading them to consecutive National Christian College Athletic Association regional championships.
While still in college, he began coaching high school and club soccer in Midwest City and since has worked both at Midwest City High School and with the Midwest City Soccer Club. McCoy has a national D Coaching License from U.S. Soccer. The position at OC is his first at the collegiate level.
