- Asher attended and played at Edmond Memorial High School.
- In his senior year, Asher was named to the Oklahoma Coaches Association All-State (2020)
- Asher was the recipient of the 2020 South Central PGA’s Brown O’Haver Scholarship.
- Asher was also a two time winner on the PGA South Central Section Junior Tour in 2019 and 2020.
