Electrical Engineering major … Capped an outstanding senior cross country season by winning the Heartland Conference Championship and being named as the league’s runner of the year … Veteran who was one of the team’s leaders, one who proved himself in major races … Redshirted in cross country in 2014, but was an all-conference runner in 2013 … Two-time NCCAA All-American … Has personal-best times of 25:05.76 in 8,000-meter cross country, 15:53.95 in the 5,000 meters, 8:40.26 in the 3,000 meters, 4:22.28 in the mile, 3:59.98 in the 1,500 meters and 1:59.18 in the 800 meters … 2015-16: Competed in four cross country meets … Named as the Heartland Conference runner of the year and earning his second All-Heartland cross country honor in three years … Named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America
