FORT WORTH, Texas - The No. 24 Oklahoma Christian women's bowling team headed back down south to the Lone Star State to bowl the Bulldog Classic hosted by Louisiana Tech University with a star-studded field awaiting them Nov. 7-9.

Day One 

OC would start the Bulldog Classic bowling five baker matches, going 2-3 on the day while facing four opponents ranked in the top-20, with three of them being ranked in the top 10. The Lady Eagles would bowl a pinfall total of 4666 for the five baker games, averaging 186.64 for the first day of qualifying. 

Match 1: OC - 941 vs No. 5 Wichita State - 1051

Match 2: OC - 1012 vs Texas Southern - 859

Match 3: OC - 925 vs No. 2 Nebraska - 966

Match 4: OC - 864 vs No. 9 Louisiana Tech - 1004

Match 5: OC - 924 vs No. 19 Tulane - 922

Day Two 

Oklahoma Christian would have a better day in their matches, going 3-2 in their five traditional matches including upsetting No.8 Sam Houston State by ten pins. OC would bowl a pinfall total of 4486 led by senior captain, Tori Justice, who averaged 186.8 for the five games.

Match 1: OC - 870 vs Southern University - 913

Match 2: OC - 874 vs Prairie View A&M - 873

Match 3: OC - 863 vs Jackson State - 991 

Match 4: OC - 957 vs No. 8 Sam Houston - 947

Match 5: OC - 922 vs Florida A&M - 791

Day Three 

After qualifying 11th in the 16 team field, the Lady Eagles had the opportunity to jump a few spots during the best four out of seven match play. After winning their first two matches against Jackson State and Alabama State, Oklahoma Christian would fall to No. 8 Sam Houston 4-0 to finish the tournament in 10th.
