LAREDO, Texas - In its third match in six days, Oklahoma Christian's men's soccer kept its postseason hopes alive with a 3-0 win at Texas A&M International Monday evening in what was OC's final road conference match of the 2025 regular season.
What Went Down
- Ethan Nakolo found the back of the net for his first goal of the match in the 27' off an assist from Josh Wells.
- 12 minutes later, true freshman Lazar Vojnovic and Landon Hahn earned their first collegiate goal and assist, respectively, to put OC ahead, 2-0.
- Four minutes into the second half, Nakolo extended the lead to three with an unassisted goal for the final 3-0 tally.
Notes
- Nakolo secured his fifth multi-goal match of the season as he is now up to 17 goals - eight more than the next closest goals leader in the Lone Star Conference.
- Wells recorded his first assist away from Eagle Soccer Field of the season.
- Goalkeeper Nick Hardiman withstood eight shot attempts from Texas A&M International in the second half and six total shots on goal to uphold the clean sheet, tying his season-high with six saves.
