OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla - The Tinker Federal Credit Union Eagles of The Week for week ten was claimed by OC men's soccer's Isaias Silva and John Ighede, who led Oklahoma Christian past St. Mary's in the Lone Star Conference Championships Quarterfinals in San Antonio, Texas.

Isaias Silva scored the opening goal of the Lone Star Conference Championships Quarterfinals with a beautiful settle, dribbled through the defense from midfield to just outside the far right side of the 18-yard box, and sent a shot into the inside side of the net to give OC a 1-0 lead in the 47th minute of play.

John Ighede scored what would go on to be the game-winning goal in the 79th minute when he won a 50-50 ball at midfield and then took on the keeper one-on-one and chipped it over him to give the Eagles a 2-0 lead. St. Mary's scored later to make it 2-1, but the two goals proved to be the deciding factor.

The effort from Isaias and John came when the Eagles were down their leading goal-scorer and assist man. OC will head to Wichita Falls, Texas, on Friday to take on the No. 2 team in the nation and 1-seed in the tournament, Midwestern State, at 7:30 p.m.
