Denton, Texas - Oklahoma Christian women's golf played the first two rounds of the Dallas Baptist (DBU) Women's Classic today in Denton, Texas.
Sophomore Sofia Benavides led the Eagles shooting 74-72 (+2) and T26. Wilma Merenmies shot the next best round, as she shot 73-74 (+3), and is T31.
Alex Bennett, coming off of her first hole-in-one in yesterday's practice round, shot 74-74 (+4) and is T39.
And Freshman Maria Torres, coming off of last week's individual title, shot 75-77 (+8) and is T67.
The Eagles will conclude the DBU Women's Classic tomorrow when they tee off at 8:30 A.M. in Denton.
