The 5-foot-10 Martin is averaging 24.7 points, 8.0 rebounds, 4.3 steals and 4.0 assists this season for Lorenzo. She’s shooting 56.6 percent from the field, 39.9 percent from 3-point range and 81.2 percent from the free-throw line for the Hornets.
As a junior, Martin was named as the most valuable player in District 7-IIA.
