WICHITA, Kan. (July 18, 2013) – Oklahoma Christian women’s golfer Audrey Meisch finished sixth in the Kansas Women’s Golf Association Amateur Championship, which ended Thursday at Auburn Hills Golf Club.

Meisch, a sophomore from Wichita, shot rounds of 82, 74 and 82 this week at par-72 Auburn Hills, giving her a three-day score of 238. Lauren Falley of Topeka, who plays for Oklahoma State, won the tournament with a score of 217.

Meisch started all of OC’s 10 tournaments as a freshman during the 2012-13 academic year, with her best finish a ninth-place showing at the NCCAA Invitational at The Hombre Golf Club in Panama City Beach, Fla. She posted four other top-20 individual finishes for the Lady Eagles.
