STILLWATER, Okla. (April 13, 2014) – Seven Oklahoma Christian baseball players recently assisted an Oklahoma State University sorority chapter with an annual charity softball tournament.

OC players Matt Brown, Kacy Cook, Garrett Guys, Ryan Nash, Caleb Price, Tyler Schuman and Dylon Sturges served as umpires on April 6 for the tournament, which was conducted by OSU’s Kappa Delta Nu sorority chapter.

The annual Shamrock Softball Tournament helps raise money for causes including Wings of Hope and Prevent Child Abuse America.

This year, more than $50,000 was raised by the sorority chapter, said Kappa Delta Nu’s Erin Nash, whose brother, Ryan Nash, is a senior pitcher at OC. She said more than 500 people attended the softball tournament.
