OKLAHOMA CITY (Feb. 10, 2014) – The lingering winter weather has resulted in more changes to Oklahoma Christian’s baseball schedule for this week.

The Eagles’ game on Tuesday at longtime archrival Southern Nazarene has been postponed. OC coach Lonny Cobble said it’s likely the game will be rescheduled, considering the proximity of the schools.

That means OC’s season opener now will be on Friday against Pittsburg State (Kan.). That game has been moved to a 2 p.m. start and will be played at Putnam City High School in northwest Oklahoma City instead of at Dobson Field.

OC and Pitt State will play a doubleheader on Saturday starting at 2 p.m., also at Putnam City.

The Eagles’ home opener now will be Feb. 21, when Heartland Conference rival St. Edward’s (Texas) will visit Dobson Field.
